EXPO – For Exhibitors
Date: 13 – 16 October 2022 (Thursday – Sunday)
Venue: CENTRUM BABYLON LIBEREC (Wellness hotel Babylon), Nitranská 415/1, Liberec
The Sales Expo is located in the Conference Hall, which is located to the right of the entrance to Babylon. It will be marked on the plan that you will receive together with the Instructions for Exhibitors about a week before the event.

Exhibitor access to halls:
Wednesday: 2.00pm – 8.00pm
Thursday: 7.00am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Sunday: 8.00am – 9.00pm
Opening hours for the public:
Thursday – Saturday 9.00am – 6.00pm
Sunday 9.00am – 4.00pm
Installation (exhibitors): Wednesday from 2.00pm – 8.00pm
Dismantling (exhibitors): Sunday from 4.00pm – 9.00pm
Payment terms:
Exhibitor is required to pay the booth, area or table rental fee by the date indicated on the invoice.
Exhibitor registration:
All exhibitors are required to register with expo management.
The registration area will be located in the lobby (Foyer). Exhibitors may register on Wednesdays from 2pm – 8pm or Thursdays from 7am – 9am. Exhibitors will also receive exhibitor badges upon registration.
Parking:
Parking is free at the Babylon Center during set-up (Wednesday) and tear-down (Sunday from 4pm). During the Expo it is possible to park in the underground parking garage of the Babylon Centre (150,- CZK/day) or in the outdoor parking lot opposite the Babylon Centre (160,- CZK/day).
Accommodation:
Our exhibitors can stay directly in the Wellness Hotelu Babylon , which is part of the Babylon Centre.
Insurance:
Insurance of goods and exhibits is not required by the organiser of the sales expo.
Refreshments:
The restaurant and café are located directly in the Babylon Centre.
